Filtration System
This homeowner had hard water that was acidic, low pH, and iron and manganese present causing all kinds of problems. First, we set this system up to neutralize the pH of the water. Hard water with iron and manganese present cannot be treated with a low pH. Second, we set an optimizer up to treat the iron and manganese problem. Finally, a brine tank with 250 pounds of salt was added to soften the hardness of the water. A sediment filter was installed to prolong the life of the filter system. We also installed a bypass line so the filtration system can be shut off whenever not needed.
